Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or sizing reasons.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 30 days at nbenedict@mexeter.com with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you — no need to ship anything back.

This applies to all products in our store, including print-on-demand apparel. If a T-shirt arrives with a print quality issue, wrong size, or other fulfillment error, just reach out and we'll resolve it.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically process within 10 business days once approved. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at nbenedict@mexeter.com.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union customers: Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact us at nbenedict@mexeter.com to initiate.
